USTH: visit of the delegation of the Ile de France Region and its PRX-Vietnam agency
As part of decentralized cooperation, the Ile de France Vietnam Region has been collaborating for many years with the Hanoi People's Committee via its PRX-Vietnam office.

At the end of December a delegation from the Ile de France Region, made up of Nina LE DUC, project manager in the Circular Economy, Prevention and Waste Management Department; Nicolas RIHET, coordinator of eco-responsible high schools of the Pôle Lycées, operations management, General and Environmental Studies Department and Emmanuel CERISE, Director of the PRX-Vietnam agency held a round table at the University of Sciences and Technologies of Hanoi (USTH) in order to discuss possible topics of collaboration around the circular economy and the health-environment relationship.
After a presentation of USTH and the overall university ecosystem in Vietnam, Fr.r. Jean Marc Lavest, principal rector of the USTH, addressed the strategic issues linked to the very rapid transformation of Vietnam and the support of the economy, in which the USHT is committed: the environment and the climate; the energy transition and life and health sciences.
The discussion continued with a reflection on structuring subjects bringing into synergy between Ile-de-France universities and the USTH, as called for by the president of the Ile de France region, Valérie Pécresse, during her message to the 15 years of Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
