The children's health record is evolving
It will now contain:
- of the prevention tips particularly on the use of screens;
- details of monitoring 20 compulsory examsmaking it possible to detect neurodevelopmental disorders ;
- tips for taking care des adolescents (example: mental health).

Fight against thermal strainers

Caregiver: evolution of Ajpa
The duration of compensation Daily Caregiver Allowance (AJPA) can be renewed if a caregiver helps several people over the course of their life. They may benefit from 66 days of compensation for each person helped, with a maximum of 264 days over the course of a lifetime. Caregiver leave: new rule
Even less plastic
Structures welcoming children will no longer be able to use plastic food containers for cooking, reheating and serving. This concerns schools, nurseries and specific medical establishments municipalities of 2,000 inhabitants or more. Time for clearing

Revaluation of the calculation of APL
As of January 1, 2025, as part of the decree relating to the calculation of personal housing assistance (APL) for the year 2025, the resource parameters taken into account for the calculation of APL will be revalued.
Decentralization of roads
The law relating to differentiation, decentralization, deconcentration and carrying various measures to simplify public action, known as “3DS”, is part of the continuity of decentralization laws to deploy public action as close as possible to the needs of the territories and citizens. Through its road component, it completes the decentralization of roads to departments and metropolises and strengthens the role of regions as mobility organizing authorities.
From 1is January 2025, two voluntary regions (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Grand Est) will be made available, on an experimental basis and for a period of 5 years, 1,280 kilometers of national road network under conditions provided for by agreement with the State. The experiment will allow the Regions to offer their fellow citizens multimodal approaches to sustainable mobility, in line with the 2019 mobility orientation law.
Better control of road hauliers’ working hours
Pursuant to Article 2 of EU Regulation 165/2014, the tachograph data monitoring perioda tool which makes it possible in particular to measure the time spent behind the wheel, is extended to 56 days. A measure which allows better supervision of the working time of road hauliers.
Bonuses and aid
Au 1is January 2025, the tax exemption ceiling of the fuel bonus is raised to 300 euros per year, instead of 200 euros.
Concerning the electric vehicle charging bonusits exemption ceiling is also increased by 100 euros, from 500 to 600 euros per year.
Finally, the tax exemption ceiling of cumulative sustainable mobility package and public transport subscription also increases by 100 euros to go from 800 to 900 euros per year.
