On December 27, the Repy family lost everything in the fire of their house in Saint-Sernin-du-Bois (Saône-et-Loire). Since then, the FC Montceau Bourgogne club, where one of the family’s sons plays, has been mobilizing. Goods were collected and an online prize pool was launched. An entire club is mobilized. This Friday, December 27, the house of Kilian Repy and his family, located in Saint-Sernin-du-Bois (Saône-et-Loire), was completely destroyed following a fire caused by the overheating of a toaster.
Since then, FC Montceau Bourgogne, the football club where Kilian plays, has launched a major solidarity movement. An online prize pool was created by the club president, Nicolas Flèche.
It has so far raised more than 700 euros. A call for donations also made it possible to collect clothing and essential goods.
“They had important needs. The family lost everything. We did all this to launch the solidarity movement. All the club’s members were notified. Everyone made a small donation”confides the president.
Since the fire in their house, the Repy family has been relocated with relatives. The items donated to the club by the volunteers will be sent this Wednesday 1is January by Nicolas Flèche.
