A 250 m house2 fell prey to flames during the night from Monday to Tuesday in Sainte--en-Bresse, route de Chatenay. Around 4:30 a.m., firefighters were mobilized in large numbers to control this fire, described as “violent”. Nearly thirty firefighters and three lances were needed to contain the fire.

The occupants got out when the firefighters arrived

Fortunately, the three occupants were out when emergency services arrived. Taken by an ambulance to carry out an assessment, they were not transported to hospital.

This Tuesday around 9:30 a.m., firefighters were on site and were clearing the house to prevent the flames from resuming.
