At the start of next year, the Cockpit collection from Editions Pack will welcome a new manga: A panther in Ukraine.
Released in Japan in 1995 by the publisher Dai Nippon Kaiga under the title Maboroshi no Hyô, this collection of 224 pages is the work of Seiho Takizawaemblematic mangaka of the collection, already published numerous times with works such as Japanese Interceptors 1945, Operations in the Pacific or more recently The Adventures of Maria Mantegazza, Female Pilot.
On the program, two stories in wartime and post-war times. the release of the single volume is scheduled for January 29, 2025 at the price of 11€.

Burma, 1945… Under the waters of the Indian Ocean, a Japanese submarine glides slowly towards its country of origin. But a stopover in the Philippines will change the mission of these men, already aware that the war is lost.
1950, the post-war period was harsh for the fighters captured by the Russians. A Japanese prisoner is assigned to dismantle and rehabilitate tanks damaged during the fighting. The start of a long struggle for survival, in contact with Russians and Ukrainian separatists.
