While their infirmary is always full, the Gothics of Amiens will be able to count on reinforcement Paul Le Lem, from Rouen, thanks to a new reform of the league this season.
Thanks to the new reform of the Magnus League aimed at providing playing time at the highest level for young French players, the Gothiques d'Amiens club and the Dragons de Rouen have reached an agreement concerning Paul Le Lem, young striker of 18 years old. The latter has a wealth of experience for his young age, including 6 Champions League matches at the start of the season, selections for the French team and, in the same case, participation in the last U20 world championships, as well as 12 matches Magnus league under the colors of the eternal rival. Taking advantage of the injuries on the Normandy side to show himself a little more, he will have the opportunity to do the same on the Picardy side during the coming weeks.
The terms of this new regulation are those below:
The League regulations now include a loan system for players in training between Synerglace Ligue Magnus clubs, via the firm club agreement system, present in article 26 of the SLM 4 Regulations. This system, proposed by the Magnus Commission and adopted by the FFHG Steering Committee, allows clubs to welcome locally trained players (JFL) U23 or younger, already qualified as players in training in another team in the championship.
Here are the main terms of this new system:
- The duration of the loan is agreed between the two clubs concerned and the player.
- No new loans will be authorized during the final stages of the championship.
- Clubs can receive an unlimited number of loan players, but only two loan players will be able to appear on a match sheet.
This system aims to promote the development of young players by offering them more opportunities to play while strengthening competitiveness and cohesion between clubs.
