According to an investigation by the regional daily L'Est Républicain, at least fifteen people suffered damage ranging from a few thousand to several hundred thousand euros.
They allegedly followed the influencer's advice by calling on a construction company for a property they had just acquired, but the work was never completed and the property remained abandoned.
According to the newspaper, Tommy Goudey may also have been a co-founder or shareholder of at least one of these companies.

In a call for witnesses, the public prosecutor Paul-Edouard Lallois invites “any person who considers themselves the victim of fraudulent actions in the context of or in relation to a transaction carried out with Mr. Goudey Tommy, directly or indirectly via a company » to report the facts to the public prosecutor's office.
For now, the prosecution has opened an investigation for “organized gang fraud”.
