“How to take a roundabout? » Or “alert emergency services in the event of an accident”; “I no longer know all the signs”… So many situations that can worry seniors. This is why, with the intercommunal social action center (CIAS) of Saint-Brieuc Armor agglomeration, the municipal social action center of Trégueux is offering those over 60 years of age an information and prevention day, Tuesday 25 June 2024, for refresh your knowledge of the Highway Code and all aspects related to driving”, says Sarah Oger, health prevention mission manager at CIAS.

Workshops with or without registration, activities, conferences

Prevention stands will be run by partners: Road safety, Groupama, Departmental fire and rescue service, pharmacist, hearing aid specialist, Châtelets rehabilitation center, Réseau Tub.

At 9:30 a.m., public reception; from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., workshops: hearing tests, prevention screening (vision, memory, balance, diet), taking roundabouts, alcohol course, driving simulator, what to do in the event of an accident, etc. For hearing tests and prevention screening it is imperative to register at tel. 02 96 58 57 06. Free entry for morning workshops.

At 2 p.m., animation around the Highway Code, with situations found in the department. At 3:30 p.m., prevention activities around medications, with a pharmacist. At 3:50 p.m., how to fill out a report, with Groupama. There are no workshops in the afternoon.
