The general meeting closing the 2023-2024 Val Roc Foot season was not like any other: beyond the traditional reports to be presented, it was above all filled with emotions.

On this Saturday, June 1, the day after a successful inter-company tournament, the Val Roc Foot office hosted the club’s general meeting with its members. The quorum being reached, President Arnaud Monbertrand began with the sporting report of the completed season, with many positive results. In particular the women’s Lot cups among the seniors and among the young people as a highlight. Manon Delmas, treasurer, continued by presenting balanced accounts adopted by the assembly.

After thirty years of pleasure taken within the association, including the last four as president, Arnaud Monbertrand then presented the associative projects dedicated to the coming season. The major point being the change in the presidency of the club, for the benefit of Benjamin Ruard and his steering committee: the latter was also voted unanimously.

During the last four years, Val Roc Foot has continued its progression, going from 170 to 300 licensees expected next season, accompanied by corresponding financial resources and numerous departmental titles won: the club is becoming a major player in football amateur in the north of the Lot. The general meeting closed with a presentation of rewards for some very active members of the association.

In collaboration with the Young Farmers’ Association and before the start of sports, Val Roc Foot now invites you to meet up on Saturday July 6 for the traditional “Bodegas à Martel”!
