Adam Brody and Leighton Meester are stepping out in style at the 2025 Golden Globes!
The pair, who tied the knot back in 2014, dazzled on the red carpet in coordinating — and colorful — looks.
Brody, 45, wore a teal suit accessorized with a black bow tie and a white rose boutonniere on the lapel of his blazer. Shiny black oxford shoes rounded out his suiting.
He also brought his signature curls and glowy skin that was prepped by groomer Kim Verbeck using Dermalogica skincare.
Meester, 38, glammed up in a slinky citrus gown with a plunging neckline that she teamed with dazzling diamond jewelry and sparkly silver pointed-toe heels. For glam, the Gossip Girl alum went for an elegant updo with curtain bangs and subtle peachy makeup.

Prior to the ceremony, the parents of two stopped on the carpet to chat with E!‘s Zuri Hall about how their outfits, which serendipitously complemented each other, came to be.
“It’s more than a happy accident, but it wasn’t that premeditated either. We both chose what we wanted and what we wanted was to go together,” said Brody, who is nominated for best performance by a male actor in a television series for Nobody Wants This.
Brody received acclaimed from critics and fans alike as the “Hot Rabbi” Noah in the hit Netflix series, which also stars Kristen Bell. In his interview with E!he said that the success of the series has been both “overwhelming” and “gratifying.”
“I can’t stay enough good things about it. It’s nothing but joyful,” he said. “It hopefully means in another 20 years I’ll be back as everyone’s favorite grandpa boyfriend.”
Meester also teased a new project that could possibly include her husband. “I have an idea, but it’s top secret,” she teased.

Speaking to PEOPLE for the 2024 Sexiest Man Alive issue in November, The O.C. actor admitted he had no clue he would have so much of the internet blushing over his charming performance. “I knew that we had something that worked, but I had no idea the sort of wide swath of people that would enjoy it,” he told PEOPLE. “I’ve been doing this a long time, and it doesn’t happen often, whoever you are. So it’s very gratifying and exciting.”
And it “worked” so much that the show was renewed for a second season on Oct. 10 — only two weeks after it premiered in September. In an interview with PEOPLE about season 2, Brody’s costar Jackie Toh raved about the Golden Globe nominee: “People always talk about like, ‘Oh, no one like Noah exists.’ Bad news: Adam Brody’s like that and he exists.”

Last year, Brody and Meester hit the up the Golden Globes afterparty circuit and matched in simple black looks while celebrating at the UTA afterparty at La Dolce Vita in Beverly Hills, Calif. In 2011, Meester, who was at the height of her Gossip Girl fame, attended the event as a presenter, hitting the stage Garrett Hedlund to give out an award.
Brody and Meester first started dating in February 2013, spotted out for a dinner date in Venice, Calif., and they made their first public outing as a couple four months later. Later that year, the pair got engaged, and they wed in a quiet ceremony in February 2014.
Over their careers, the duo has mixed work and play on several occasions — costarring in a variety of projects together. The pair were introduced at a deli by Josh Schwartz, a producer on both Gossip Girl and The O.C.before acting together on the set of the raunchy 2011 comedy The Oranges shortly after. Brody and Meester also shared a few scenes in film Life Partnerswhich hit theaters in December 2014 after they had tied the knot.

Brody also appeared in seven episodes of his wife’s ABC sitcom Single Parents in 2019 and 2020, playing Meester’s deadbeat boyfriend Derek. “It’s just fun to be on set with him,” Leighton said of working with Brody in an interview with PEOPLE. “I love being at work, and then having my best friend come and work with me is just like the best thing ever.”
The actors welcomed their first child, daughter Arlo, in 2015. They also share a son, born in 2020, whose name has not been revealed.
“It’s been pretty magical,” Brody said of fatherhood to PEOPLE shortly after welcoming baby No. 2. “It’s such a crazy time for everyone and we’re so, so, so fortunate that we have some of the security we do and have the flexibility with our jobs we do. We talk about it all the time and we’re just ridiculously fortunate and lucky.”
