It's now official, the Navigo pass – which allows you to travel anywhere in the region – will increase in 2025 to 88.80 euros per month, instead of 86.40 euros this year. An increase, certainly, but limited compared to that which threatened users, and which would have caused the price of their subscription to jump to more than a hundred euros. This was, in any case, the threat posed, at the end of 2022, by the president of the region and Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) Valérie Pécresse. At the time, the elected official called on the State to find a new method of financing public transport in the Ile-de-France region.
