Anderlecht: the first winter reinforcement will be presented this week

While more and more names are circulating to strengthen the defensive sector, Anderlecht is also working to improve its offensive sector.

In recent weeks, we learned that the Mauves wanted to recruit César Huerta. After several weeks of negotiations, the two clubs managed to reach an agreement worth two million euros for the transfer of the Mexican winger.

If Anderlecht can sign the 24-year-old for such a small fee, it is because he only has six months left on his contract.

Huerta will officially be an Anderlecht player this week

According to information from Het Nieuwsblad, Huerta will be in Belgium this week to finalize his transfer. The formalization should even take place before Sunday.

Olivier Renard is therefore about to make his first incoming transfer as sports director of the RSCA. However, we will have to give Huerta time to adapt before being able to judge him. Indeed, this will be the first experience in Europe for the Pumas player.

January 19

Normally, Huerta will make his debut in the Anderlecht jersey when the Mauves travel to Kortrijk on January 19.
