The total compensation consulting firm Normandin Beaudry recently unveiled its survey on salary increases in 2025 for Quebec, but also the entire country with the areas of activity which foresee the highest increases. In total, 750 organizations across Canada participated.
This analysis also made it possible to make an observation: the average salary increases planned in the country have gradually declined over the last two years, with an increase of 3.4% planned for 2025, excluding salary freezes. Same thing for Quebec, in terms of non-unionized jobs. This forecast also matches that presented by the Order of approved human resources advisors, which established the increase in salaries in La Belle Province at 3.3% for this year.
These two studies also highlight the sectors which are likely to be the most prosperous on the money.
