OM Mercato: after Pau Lopez, RC Lens wants to offer itself another Marseille player

After enlisting Lopez as goalkeeper, RC is reportedly eyeing another OM player. This is Bamo Meïté.

To compensate for the departure of Brice Samba to Stade Rennais, RC Lens has set its sights on Pau Lopez after the failure of the case leading to Jean Butez. Loaned this season to Girona by Olympique de , the Spanish goalkeeper broke his loan with the Spanish club and joined the Sang et Or in the form of a loan until the end of the season, accompanied by a purchase option estimated at 4 million euros. After Pau Lopez, the Artesian club would like to recruit another player belonging to OM.

Meïté to replace Khusanov or Danso?

Indeed, according to information from La Tribune Olympienne, RC Lens would be interested in Bamo Meïté. Permanently recruited last summer by OM from for 10.5 million euros, the Ivorian central defender does not enter not in Roberto De Zerbi's plans. Having played only three ends of matches since the start of the season, the 23-year-old player is therefore pushed towards the exit this winter by the Marseille leaders.
