Many returns from injury
The mid-season break allowed a good number of Grenoblois, injured during the first leg, to recover. Thus, the right pillar Johannes Jonker (herniated disc), the 2nd line Thomas Lainault (thumb) and Ryno Pieterse (concussion), the 2nd or 3rd line José Madeira (shoulder), the flanker Thibaut Martel (concussion) and the winger or center Gerswin Mouton (calf) returned to training with the rest of the squad. This will offer additional choices to the Pezery-Nadau tandem for the competition.
Still have patience…
For other injured people in 2024, this start of the year in Lesdiguières still goes through the re-athletics box. This is the case for center Yan Lestrade (shoulder), 2nd line Brandon Nansen (foot), flanker Antonin Berruyer (neck) as well as 3rd line center Pio Muarua (knee). For Romain Trouilloud (sprained ankle) and Richard Hardwick (operated on a herniated disc), the absence from the field is prolonged… and patience is essential.
The January program
