(Sunrise) Sam Reinhart and Anton Lundell scored in a shootout and the Florida Panthers defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins 3-2 on Friday night.

Matthew Tkachuk found the back of the net on a power play midway through the third period for the Panthers, who have won two of their last three meetings.

Gustav Forsling scored the Panthers’ other goal in regulation and Spencer Knight made 29 saves. The latter blocked Rickard Rakell and Sidney Crosby in the shootout.

Crosby and Rakell had the ropes moving during the first 60 minutes of play for the Penguins, who dropped a second game in a row. Tristan Jarry stopped 31 shots.

Penguins forward Philip Tomasino left the game five minutes into the third period. He fell heavily against the boards and appeared to have pain in his right leg.

Crosby became the eighth player in history to score at least 30 goals against the Panthers. He joined Alex Ovechkin (44), Steven Stamkos (42), Jaromir Jagr (35), Ilya Kovalchuk (35), Martin St. Louis (32), Marian Hossa (32) and Peter Bondra (30).
