“This defibrillator is a safety in football and in life. My father (who had developed scar tissue on the heart muscle following myocarditis Editor’s note) is still here and in good health. He was able to continue his career , it also gives a certain security” he explains to VTM.
“I expect that he will be able to continue his career without problems. However, it will be several months before he is back,” cardiac specialist Pedro Brugada said optimistically in The Last Hour.
