Noah Fadiga has been back in shape for some time now. However, La Gantoise does not want to take any unnecessary risks.

At the beginning of November, the entire La Gantoise stadium held its breath as they saw Noah Fatigue collapse near the bench against Standard. He quickly regained consciousness, but the incident revealed a heart abnormality and a defibrillator was implanted.

Just three weeks after his sudden collapse on the field, Noah Fadiga shared his story. Khalilou Fadiga’s son stressed that he had never really been worried.

Ready to continue his career

“This defibrillator is a safety in football and in life. My father (who had developed scar tissue on the heart muscle following myocarditis Editor’s note) is still here and in good health. He was able to continue his career , it also gives a certain security” he explains to VTM.

“I expect that he will be able to continue his career without problems. However, it will be several months before he is back,” cardiac specialist Pedro Brugada said optimistically in The Last Hour.

“The first month, I have to stay calm, but in January I should be able to completely resume training” continues Fadiga, who is just waiting to be able to continue her career in a completely normal way.

And indeed, Noah Fatigue is in principle completely recovered again. So when can we expect to see him return to competition? Behind the scenes, we talk about the end of January. The start of a new fairly busy period, including the double confrontation against Betis Sevilla in the Conference League. The Buffalos will really need Fadiga against the Andalusians but will continue to monitor his return with the greatest caution.
