For several weeks, TF1 has been gradually announcing the members of the next season of Dancing with the Stars. For this fourteenth season, La Une is banking (as always) on an eclectic cast, from diverse backgrounds and above all very fun! After Olympic swimmer Florent Manaudou, world football champion Adil Rami, Star Academy singer Lénie, actress and director Charlotte de Turckheim, Miss France 2024 Ève Gilles, and even host and journalist Sophie Davant, a seventh person has just been added to the list! This Monday, January 6, 2025, TF1 announced who would be the next participant in the famous ballroom dance program. This is an actress who was still unknown to the public a few months ago, but who was able to stand out thanks to the success of her latest film.
Many of you will surely recognize it. Indeed, at only 20 years old, Mayane-Sarah El-Baze (better known by the nickname Mayane) is starring in the next season of Dancing with the Stars! A carrier of Down syndrome, she was able to make a name for herself thanks to her role as a flirtatious and seductive young woman in the successful feature film Un p’tit truc en plus. Released in theaters on May 1, 2024, this film, directed by actor and humorist Artus, remained in theaters for several months and has accumulated nearly 11 million admissions!
