Moustapha Cissé Lo confirms and asks Diomaye to sanction the… (video)

After a long period of absence, Moustapha Cissé Lô made his return during the legislative elections. By voting this Sunday, he took the opportunity to clarify his position in the face of rumors: he confirmed that he is no longer in active politics and that he is now focused on the interests of Senegal.

However, despite his retirement, Cissé Lô did not hesitate to give his opinion on the current political situation. He called on President Diomaye to sanction candidates who failed to reach three percent of the electorate’s vote. According to him, these low results are a sign of failure and a lack of representativeness, and should encourage the candidates concerned to reconsider.
