Twenty-five points were on the agenda for this session. All were adopted unanimously.
Beyond the debate on the budgetary orientations of the future 2025 budget (our Saturday edition), which was obviously the main point of the municipal council which was held this Thursday evening at the MDA, many other points were at the table. 'agenda.
Population census. Like every year, the partial population census will begin in 2025, from January 16 to February 22. The municipality validated Thursday evening the recruitment of two contractual agents Chantal Serin and Georges Austruy, to carry out this investigation. Remember that responding to the census questionnaire was made obligatory by the law of June 7, 1951.
No one can refuse to respond to enumerators who will carry an official card. In return for this obligation to respond, the census information transmitted to INSEE is strictly anonymous.
Inclusive welcome. For several years, the municipality has been a pioneer in inclusive reception. She was thus the first in Aveyron to recruit an agent specially dedicated to supporting children with disabilities in schools.
This ambition is supported by the Caf de l’Aveyron, within the framework of an agreement. The latter was renewed Thursday evening by the municipal council and will run until 2027.
Enedis Convention. As part of its environmental policy and to contribute to the national objective of 33% renewable energy in 2030, the municipality has installed photovoltaic canopies in the tennis parking lot in Les Balquières. This installation with an area of 747 m² (376 panels) has a total power of 156 kWp and will make it possible to supply several municipal buildings with self-consumption.
Annual declaration to the FIPHFP. As a reminder, the law requires public employers who employ more than 20 FTE people to employ 6% of workers recognized as disabled workers in their workforce.
For several years, the town hall of Onet le château has been dynamically involved around 2 axes: access to public employment within its services for people recognized as disabled workers and the ordering of supplies and services from of companies integrating people with disabilities through work (Esat).
Thus, and this is a recurring observation, these initiatives make it possible to exceed the legal obligation rate since for 2023, it is 8.02% with 15 RQTH agents declared.
Resignation. After the resignation of Jean-Marc Lacombe, replaced by Grégory Serin, another member of the opposition resigned from his position as municipal councilor “for personal reasons”it is Amar Guendouzi, who is replaced by Émilie Loubat.
The latter has also chosen to sit in the group of Independents, with Mesdames Guiance and Montjaux.
The next municipal council meeting will take place on Thursday, December 19 at 7 p.m., at the Maison des associations.
