You have undoubtedly asked yourself one day: but what happens to the packets of pasta, rice and other cans of peas that you generously give during solidarity harvests when leaving the stores? What stages do they go through before arriving at their beneficiaries? And who are these? To find out, we followed a packet of rice donated during Sharing Saturday, a large collection managed by Caritas Vaud and the Lausanne region food center (CA-RL) at the beginning of June.
