The Fête du cinéma is an unmissable event for lovers of the 7th art. This event, eagerly awaited by spectators, was launched in June 1985 at the initiative of the Fédération nationale des cinémas français (FNCF), the Ministry of Culture and all the film professions. While the operation lasted one day until 1992, it then extended to three days, then seven, before returning to a four-day format, from Sunday to Wednesday.

This year, the traditional Cinema Festival takes place from Sunday June 30 to Wednesday July 3 inclusive. During the next four days, spectators will be able to rush into participating cinemas to watch films thanks to a single price of five euros per screening, with the exception of those who wish to watch them in 3D, 4Dx or iMax . This event is an opportunity to discover the latest releases for the month of June.
