Cadenet, with around 5,000 inhabitants, in Vaucluse (in the Luberon) has been experimenting with social food security since April. 33 households in the town receive 150 euros per month to eat well, in other words to eat products from local agriculture to develop short circuits.
Episode 4: Meeting with Alix and Gaétan, young farmers living in Cadenet, in Vaucluse.
They joined in this experiment in social security for food. The approach aims to highlight and fairly remunerate local producers, like this couple of farmers living in the town of around 5,000 inhabitants.
