The “Wednesday plan” label, awarded to a territorial educational project (PEdT), guarantees a framework of trust for families, communities and their partners and makes it possible to highlight high-quality extracurricular activities on Wednesdays.
For the 2024/2025 school year in Eure, nearly 30% of children enrolled in a public primary school benefit from the “Wednesday plan” quality label.
The “Wednesday plan” charter is structured around 4 axes:
- the complementarity and educational coherence of the child's different times;
- welcoming all audiences (children and their families), particularly children with disabilities; the development of the wealth of the territories;
- the development of quality educational activities.
The framework for the implementation of the “Wednesday plan” was the subject of a publication in the official national education bulletin, n°49 of November 29, 2018.
Communities that engage in the “Wednesday plan” PEdT approach can respond to the call for projects department intended to help them in particular in terms of educational complementarity: assistance with recruitment, continuing training, increasing the skills and qualifications of the animation teams, partnerships, etc.
They are invited to return, before February 21, 2024, the document “ intention of a territorial educational project (PEdT) integrating the Wednesday plan » to: [email protected] and to the national education inspector in their district. They will then be supported by the departmental support group to develop their project.
The final project will be submitted by May 30, 2025 to the SDJES and the national education inspector of their district.
