Morocco in Group A with Kenya

The draw for the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN 2024) took place this Wednesday, January 15, 2024, at the Kenyatta International Convention Center in Nairobi, Kenya. Placed in hat A, Morocco u24 finds itself in group A alongside Kenya, Angola, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Zambia.
As a reminder, CAF announced yesterday the postponement to August 2025 of the CHAN initially scheduled for February 1 to 28 in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
CAF’s technical and infrastructure experts, some based in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, required additional time to ensure that infrastructure and facilities were at the level needed to successfully host CHAN.
