a man found with gunshot wounds, he says he was kidnapped

He was shot while escaping from his captors who shot at him in an attempt to stop him. This is the version given by a 25 year old man wounded by gunshot in Argenteuil (Val-d'Oise), on the night of Sunday January 5 to Monday January 6, 2025.

It was 1:55 a.m. when firefighters were dispatched to rue des Allobroges to treat a victim of a gunshot. They found the young man not far from there, next to the Pierre-de-Coubertin gymnasium from rue des Cévennes.

Presenting a wound on his right side, he received first aid on site provided by firefighters and a medical team from Samu 95, then was evacuated in absolute emergency to the Bichat hospital center in Paris.

Abducted in Drancy

Before his transport, the latter told the police that he had been kidnapped earlier in the evening at Drancy (Seine-Saint-Denis). His captors then took him to the Cherry Park where he managed to escape.

The individual, however, did not wish to give further explanations on the origin and exact circumstances of this kidnapping, the identity of his alleged kidnappers remaining unknown for the time being. While a police investigation has been opened, officials are waiting for the victim's state of health to be compatible with a hearing.
