A second location, called Arve 2, will complete the system in the spring. The site will be created in the former home of l’Etoile, in Acacias. This time, the structure will be mainly intended for single people. “There will be individual rooms in modules of four or eight people, including a kitchenette and bathrooms,” explains the director of the premises. “This opening will make it possible to offer all types of accommodation,” concludes Bernard Manguin, for whom the closure of Palexpo is however not assured. “It will depend on arrivals. At the moment, the refugees we receive are mainly of Ukrainian, Afghan and Turkish nationality, of Kurdish origin.”
