The last Board of Directors of 2024 has just been held in the presence of co-presidents Jacqueline Bonneau and André Magnouac and the directors. Our secretary Christine Marcadet took stock of the situation: 40 households have joined to date, 8 are awaiting renewal, a new membership with the FR of the Condom Table Tennis Club. 2 agents manage the secretariat: Christine and Tanguy Olagnon, more specifically responsible for traditional games CSJTO Sports Loisirs. Each elected member of the Board of Directors was responsible for getting involved in various actions: Pierre Fezas for volleyball, Pierre Burgan for Gascon bowling and Roland Pujos for table tennis and the Choir concert. The Sainte Catherine fair was a good success, honored by the visit of all the elected officials in November. The bowling sets purchased following the granting of the “skittles in the canteen” participatory budget will be received soon.
Nos actions :
A meeting was held in September in the presence of the households concerned and led by Véronique Ader and Pierre Fezas. 20 teams have entered for the Championship which started on October 20 and will end on April 20. it has 3 categories: 1st men's series: Saint Jean le Comtal 1 and 2, Lauraët-Eauze, Saint Clar, Lectoure 1 and 2, Isle Bouzon; 2nd men's series: pool A: Pavie 2, Saint Clar 3, Mirande-St Jean and Marciac agreement, pool B: Pavie 1, Saint Jean le Comtal 3, Saint Clar, Bourrouillan; women's series: Mirande, Pavie, St Jean le Comtal and Saint Clar. In addition, the St Clar home is also organizing a trophy in honor of Chantal Villadieu.
With the pair Alain Lasserre and Tanguy Olagnon the 2024 season has been progressing: we are pleased to find Mouchan and Valence/Baïse. The 33rd world championship in Vicnau-Lialores was a great success with 148 participants and a small final for children. The members of the Gascon puck section will meet on Saturday January 25 in Valence/Baïse to prepare for the next season.
Gascon bowling:
The past season, led by Pierre Burgan, saw stable activity. The competition calendar has just been established with numerous friendlies, bowling festivals, the Gers Cup and the trad'athlon.
Table tennis :
Many young people, women and adults participated in the various tournaments organized by Thomas Touche. The new calendar has been established with 5 tournaments in Courrensan, St Sauvy, Ornézan, Eauze and Condom, a new home welcomed.
Choir Concert :
The FDFR organized the second edition in Aubiet with the choirs of Lasséran, Cologne, Pavie, Labéjan and Aubiet which was an excellent success. This year 2025 the concert will be hosted by Duran on Friday April 4 at 8 p.m., it will be hosted by the choirs of Lasséran, Sarcos, Gondrin and those of Pavie Aubiet and Labéjan directed by Babeth Gros.
Traditional games :
chis section plays an essential role in promoting intergenerational activities creating bridges between young people and seniors through various projects. Among these flagship initiatives, the inter-school challenge of traditional games which is in its third edition with increasing success: the number of participating children has increased from 180 to nearly 350 within the framework of PE, this leading to well by Tanguy and many volunteer facilitators.
The members of the FDFR Board of Directors ask the leaders of the FR and member associations to face the current difficulties of animation and encourage them to continue to keep their associations alive for the good of the population of their village and the sector. They send them all their support and best wishes for the year 2025.
