This winter 2024-2025 definitely presents all the characteristics of a real winter. While the snow has fallen accordingly in recent weeks, temperatures are also in tune: after that of the end of December, another freezing night has just ended in the Doubs where temperatures were still largely stagnant below zero at 9 30 p.m.
Up to -33.9° in Combe Noire (Jura)
The record is once again for the village of Reculfoz, in Val de Mouthe, with -26.1° on the thermometer in the early hours of the day. The whole of “Little Siberia” concentrates, as is often the case, the lowest values since we measured – 24° in Pontets and – 23.4° in Chapelle-des-Bois. Icy cold also in Saugeais with -25° in La Chaux.
