Publicis Groupe announces the acquisition of Wibilong, a SaaS platform for creating customer communities which manages interactions between consumers on behalf of French and international brands such as Dacia, Darty, Matmut or Renault. Wibilong will join Epsilon , the Datamarketing entity of Publicis Groupe.

Wibilong allows brands to instantly transform their customer bases into active communities in their digital touchpoints. Customers become true partners of their brands, intervening at each stage of their journey and throughout the product life cycle.

With the integration of this new solution, Epsilon France completes its datamarketing value proposition and thus offers brands that trust it new opportunities for measurable interactions with their customers.

For its part, Wibilong thus benefits from the dynamics of Publicis Groupe and access to the Data, Tech and Marketing skills of Epsilon France, to enrich the solution with new functionalities and new use cases.

This acquisition is part of Epsilon France's partnership strategy with innovative players in the field of marketing interactions, such as Toky Woky and Viewy in 2023.
