From January 6, the BFM Locales channels: BFM Paris Île-de-France, BFM Lyon, BFM Grand Lille, BFM Grand Littoral, BFM Marseille Provence, BFM Toulon Var, BFM Nice Côte d'Azur, BFM DICI, BFM Alsace and BFM Normandie compete to choose the best galette des rois recipe.
If frangipane remains inseparable from Epiphany for many French people, other flavors enrich this tradition. In the North, the buttered Dunkirk pancake delights with its simplicity. In the South, king cake reigns, a brioche version of the galette. In Normandy, there is the unique andouille and Camembert pancake, while in Alsace the meat pancake also shakes up the codes!
Each region has its specialty and the BFM Locales channels highlight these culinary treasures in a gourmet competition.
