Das Solar in Mandeure
The Chinese company Das Solar bought an industrial wasteland from Faurecia in Mandeure (Doubs) to install a photovoltaic panel assembly unit. More than 580 employees are expected to work in the unit when it opens in 2025.

Aluminum Solutions Group will install an aluminum foundry on its Ham site, in the Somme. The project, called Aluminum Foundry France, aims to recycle metal from end-of-life profiles in a closed loop to offer low-carbon products.
Ipsophène in Toulouse
This is one of the most mysterious projects in our selection. A new player, Ipsophène, wants to industrialize a complete process for the continuous production of paracetamol near Toulouse. It has set a target of 2025 for the start of production. Despite the doubts of professionals in the sector, the president of the company tried to reassure about the seriousness of his project in an interview with Industrie Pharma in February 2024.
ReStalk in Soissons
In operation since 2018, ReStalk will install its first “agri-pulp” factory near Soissons in Aisne, to transform straw into packaging. This investment of 38 million euros will allow the factory to be commissioned in 2025, with the creation of 40 direct jobs and around 50 indirect jobs.
Hermès on the Isle of Spain
Hermès continues its momentum: it opens one factory per year in France. After Riom in 2024, it will be the turn of Isle-d'Espagnac, near Angoulême (Charente) in 2025, the group's 23rd leather goods store.

Eodev to Antony
The EODev company will open, in 2025, its first assembly plant for zero-emission electro-hydrogen generators in Antony (Hauts-de-Seine). The new infrastructure requires 12 million euros of investment and should ultimately lead to the creation of 250 jobs.
