What will this year 2025 mean for our Blues? Between the 6 Nations Tournament, summer tour and autumn tour, discover the complete program of the XV of France.
This year 2025 may not be a World Cup season but it will allow us to see more clearly the forces present, halfway through the cycle which brings the selections to Australia.
The first major meeting of the year on the international scene, it is precisely the Blues who will inaugurate it, with the 6 Nations Tournament. Hostilities begin on Friday January 31 (9:15 p.m.), at the Stade de France against Wales. There will then be three trips in a row: to Twickenham, Saturday February 8 (5:45 p.m.); in Rome, Sunday February 23 (4 p.m.); and in Dublin, Saturday March 8 (3:15 p.m.). To conclude this Tournament, the XV of France will host Scotland on Saturday March 15 (9 p.m.).
The Top 14 championship, the final of which takes place on Saturday June 28, will then give way to the summer tour. And on the menu for the Blues, it will be the Kiwis! The FFR having refused New Zealand's request to relocate one of the three tests to the United States, all will take place in the land of the long white cloud: July 5 in Dunedin, July 12 in Wellington, and July 19 in Hamilton (where the Blues have not played since their first tour to New Zealand in 1961). No Eden Park, then. And matches scheduled for 7:05 a.m. French time.
Finally, for what will be the 2025-2026 season, the autumn tour offers the Blues another perspective, with the reigning double world champions, the Springboks (November 8), Fiji (November 15) and Australia finally (November 22). All this should take place at the Stade de France. And like we announced it this Mondaya match between development selections from the All Blacks XV and France A could take place in a provincial stadium during this November window.
