This anger had already resonated earlier in the day, the members of the collective had denounced not having been received by the government during this visit. They accuse the president of the department of having blocked access to the Prime Minister. “He said: 'don't look at these people, Minister,' he said it! I heard it!“, says an activist. The altercation lasted a quarter of an hour.”The Republic has a protocol!“, explains, exasperated, Ben Issa Ousseni. He will later add to one of the members of the collective in a calmer voice: “This is the protocol, I had no choice, you can go now.”
