Val d'Europe will launch a huge leisure complex in early 2025

A brand new indoor leisure center managed by Imagipark will open its doors in a few weeks within the shopping center Val d’Europe in Serris, near Disneyland . Hoping to attract an average of one million visitors per year, this complex will, when it opens, be the largest in Europe ever built in a shopping center, spanning 13,400 square meters. The leisure center will be spread over no less than four floors.

The most ambitious leisure complex in Europe arrives in Val d'Europe

It is the Klépierre group, also owner of the shopping center Val d’Europeassociated with Otium Leisure, a major player in local leisure (five brands and around fifty centers in Europe), which is overseeing this ambitious project.

The new leisure complex Val d’Europe will take place on the site of the former Castorama store. Visitors will be able to enjoy a fairly diverse offering such as action games (Fort Boyard Aventures and its thirty cells) or Speedpark, a family entertainment center (karting, bowling, billiards, laser game, karaoke and quizzes) covering more than 5,000 square meters.

It will also be possible to discover cultural programming in virtual reality with Eclipso as well as a children's playground called Kojump (made up of trampolines and climbing activities). Finally, Wonderwoods, a concept dedicated to the forest, will be able to accommodate up to 500 people daily.

Imagipark will also target businesses with a privatizable and modular space of 800 square meters and a capacity of 500 places for seminars or team buildings. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy a dedicated space. An immersive catering offer has been designed by the company Ephemera. It will be located on the ground floor.

Jérémy LetovskyManaging Director of Otium Leisure, said: “The opening of Imagipark, one of the largest indoor leisure centers in , is a source of pride and innovation. For the first time, we will bring together the best indoor activities from four of the group's brands in the same building. With this exclusivity in Val d'Europe, our objective is to offer the best of local leisure to more than 800,000 visitors each year.

The overall cost of the project amounts to 15 million euros and will generate the creation of 100 jobs. This year, the Val d'Europe shopping center will celebrate its 25th anniversary. It attracts 20 million people each year.
