Defender of LOSC between 2018 and 2022, Zeki Celik (AS Roma, 27 years old) would be a lead launched by Olympique de Marseille in the winter transfer window. The Turkish defender has arguments up his sleeve.
Looking for a right back in the winter transfer window, OM is exploring the path leading to Danilo but also to Kiliann Sildillia. Now followed by AS Roma and OGC Nice, the promising defender from Friborg could be outplayed in Marseille by a certain Zeki Celik. According to Il Messaggero, OM has made inquiries with Roma for the Turkish defender, who played for LOSC (2018-2022) and who should leave 10th in Serie A this winter.
Celik will not be retained by Rome
Not retained by La Louve, the 28-year-old should nevertheless not be sold off in January, having been snatched from Lille for 7.4 million euros two and a half years ago. According to the Transfermarkt platform, Celik's market value today would be 5 million euros, with a contract running until June 2026. The Turkish international has played 26 matches this season.
