On rue du Lac, where the headquarters of the Lyon metropolis is located, elected officials and agents are working on defining the 2025 budget with a challenge: finding 80 million euros in savings. “This is the hypothesis we are currently working on,” confides Bertrand Artigny, the environmentalist vice‐president in charge of finance.
