The Prefecture indicates that a first Departmental Committee for Assistance and Support for Businesses in Difficulty (CDASED) met on November 13.
Established last March
“Established by a ministerial circular of March 6, relating to developments in the modalities of support and support for companies in difficulty, the CDASED succeeds the departmental crisis exit committee and perpetuates the meeting of public and private economic actors to share the information necessary for the coordination of the various support systems. The CDASED also carries out a mission to monitor the local situation and, as such, constitutes an alert body in the event of a deterioration in the situation of certain sectors of activity” indicates the Prefecture.
Composition
In addition to the State representative, the CDASED brought together Didier Bianchini, Departmental Director of Public Finances of Dordogne and Franck Lhoste, Commissioner for Restructuring and Prevention of Business Difficulties (CRP) for the departments of Corrèze, the Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne.
Business financing problem
The Prefecture recalls that “this committee extends the action of the Departmental Committee for Examining Business Financing Problems (CODEFI), whose various members (Prefect, DDFiP, CRP, DDETS-PP, Banque de France and URSSAF) also make part of CDASED. It then promotes regular meetings with other economic actors, public or private, like the commercial courts, consular chambers and professional federations of the department. Finally, it strengthens the visibility of the departmental advisor to businesses in difficulty.”
Departmental advisor to businesses in difficulty
The Departmental Advisor to Companies in Difficulty (CDED) was also established last March. He succeeds the departmental advisor at the end of the crisis (created in June 2021). Attached to the Departmental Directorate of Public Finances, its mission consists of being a privileged point of contact for companies in fragile situations, responsible for directing them to the most appropriate territorial contact to respond to their difficulties.
“A trusted interlocutor for businesses, the CDED carries out its activity within a strict framework of confidentiality and respect for tax and business secrets. He is also the permanent secretary of CODEFI”.
