Always eager for innovative concepts (if not really expected), Parisian restaurants, which have already given us tacosushi, beef bourguignon on skewers or tapas for €25, have given birth to a new hybridization! Associated with the Moma Group, Franck Delafon, a restaurateur, had the crazy idea of ​​mixing the two trends of the moment: broth and the festive restaurant. The Casbah at Chartier to summarize.

Installed in the Palais Maillot (in place of Marc Veyrat's Rural), this Grand Banquet features bistro furniture, pennants and classic cards of the exercise.
