Based on 50% of the ballots counted, Thomas Ménagé (RN) has more than 53% of the vote ahead of Bruno Nottin (17%) and Mélusine Harlé (14.8%).

Of the seven polling stations in Montargis, Thomas Ménage (RN) is in the lead with 33.67%, ahead of Bruno Nottin (Nouveau Friont populaire) with 31.52% of the votes. Mélusine Harlé (16.85%) and Ariel Lévy (15.21%) follow. The participation is 57.99%.

Participation in the first round of the legislative elections in the seven polling stations in Montargis was 56.19% at 5:30 p.m., slightly below the national average (59% at 5 p.m.).

Others arrived too late. While the polling stations at the Pasteur school had closed at 6 p.m., two citizens tried to get in three minutes later. “Isn’t 7 p.m. the closing time?” asked one of them. “No, it’s always been 6 p.m. here, and we can’t let you in anymore,” replied an assessor. They left a little angry, with big signs of incomprehension.

In polling station 7, in Montargis, 558 voters turned out out of 1,182 registered. Mohamed, who arrived around 6 p.m., was not aware of the closing time of the polling station. “I will come back for the second round, but I would have liked to vote today.”
