Besançon and its surroundings represent two constituencies:
- The 1st constituency, which includes Besançon North-west (west of rue de Vesoul), Besançon west (Planoise, Tilleroyes, Haut de Chazal, Grette), and the entire west of the agglomeration, including Saint-Vit .
- The 2nd constituency, which includes the center of Besançon, the districts east of rue de Vesoul, the Chalezeule sector, and the urban area up to Roulans and Ornans.
At 5 p.m., attendance was 58,40% in the Besançon polling stations of the first constituency and 63,75% in the Bisontin offices of the second.

Who can survive in the second round?
Legislative elections are a two-round majority single-member constituency system. To be elected in the first round, a candidate must obtain an absolute majority of the votes cast and a number of votes equal to a quarter of registered voters.
To qualify for the second round, you must obtain at least 12.5% of registered voters.
