Natural Games in Millau: Fefe on conquered ground, Jain shines brightly

For this last musical evening, the Natural Games clearly went all out and even the rain didn’t manage to spoil the party.

Despite the rain, the Natural Games were there. And the festival-goers gave it back. They came in large numbers for the opening of the doors, postponed due to the bad weather on Saturday afternoon.

Although several sporting events were canceled or postponed due to downpours, the scene was able to keep all its promises with an evening of varied universes, each more lively than the last.

Naâman, the sun of this early evening

The person who had the task of launching the festivities this Saturday, June 29, knows the Natural Games well. Indeed, Naâman confided a few days ago to the Journal de Millau that he had already visited the Maladrerie… as a festival-goer. It is undoubtedly this experience that allowed him to hit the mark so right with the public.

After being in the audience, Naâman was able to tread the stage of the Natural Games.

Very quickly, he gets everyone on board. A crazy energy emanates from the stage and radiates the crowd which returns at least as much. The tracks with reggae, hip-hop and soul influences follow one another without a false note and the evening gets off to a flying start. The rain may have fallen a few times, but nothing helps… The atmosphere will not fall.

Departure with fanfare with MEUTE

Next comes a strange crew. The Germans from MEUTE take the stage of the Natural Games by storm and come in turn to make the festival-goers dance.

Between fanfare and electro, the public was quickly tempted by MEUTE’s proposal.

They master the clever mix between percussion and brass, which they handle wonderfully, and electro and techno sounds. A surprising mix that hits the mark. The audience happily accompanies this joyful troupe and the smiles are not feigned.

Jain, public love

One of the other headliners of the evening is obviously Jain. After a four-year break, the one who has had several successes in France and internationally with her titles Makeba, Come or The Fool shows that she has lost nothing.

She is a playful and confident Jain who has won over the NG audience.

The show has barely started and the audience is already in a state of jubilation. Jain draws the spectators in, makes them dance, seduces them. The hits follow one after the other, between classics and new releases. Pop takes over the Natural Games for a refreshing moment.

After a four-year hiatus, Jain is making a stunning comeback.

Fefe like at home

Never two without three. This year, the Natural Games and Fefe have not proved the famous saying false since it is the third time that the artist has come to greet the Millavois public after the 2014 and 2017 editions.

Fefe visited the people of Millau for the third time since 2014.

And this time again, the magic works. The singer is definitely at home. From the first second, the audience is won over and follows Fefe’s lead. A show without excess but perfectly orchestrated to make the festival-goers move in rhythm. Fefe ends up leaving the stage and we already regret it. Thank you Fefe… and see you next time.

Feder, the apotheosis of an XXL edition

French DJ Feder was ideally suited to end this evening in style.

To conclude this last musical evening, once again the Natural Games pulled out all the stops by inviting none other than Feder. A late electro evening with everything that made the artist successful. We find personal compositions, but also remixes of great hits of French song. We note in particular the covers of Ella She has by France Gall or Disenchanted by Mylène Farmer.

A fiery atmosphere awaited the festival-goers who came to see Feder.

Feder’s passage was perfect to close this beautiful parenthesis of the NG.

This 15th edition of the Natural Games lived up to its challenge with a Dantean program and a permanent show. Many festival-goers are already admitting their impatience and intend to return for the 2025 edition. There only remains one question to ask… Will you be there?
