Cyber attack in Saint-Nazaire – City of Saint-Nazaire

The digital tools of the City of Saint-Nazaire and the Agglomeration are being restarted gradually and according to the planned pace. To date, the situation has stabilized. The technical audits have been completed and the exact scale of the attack and the damage committed have been clearly identified.

Restoration of services

In the following sectors the tools are now operational: services to the population (identity, elections, etc.), finances, childhood (leisure centers, nurseries, canteens), payment of bills, human resources. However, there remains a lot of work to put the digital tools used by City and Agglomeration agents back into service on a daily basis. There may therefore still be delays in processing requests, managing files and projects. The City and Agglomeration services are mobilized to restore completely normal operations as quickly as possible and, in the meantime, thank you for your understanding.

The websites will be adapted to the situation and will provide the necessary practical information every day.

Swater service. Gradual resumption of billing

Shut down following the cyberattack suffered by the Agglomeration last April, the water service management software is operational again. The processing of invoices will be able to resume gradually. The usual monthly direct debits will resume from July.

Payment of amounts not debited in May and June will be made during the final annual regularization of the payment schedules.

All teams in the water cycle department are working to process invoices as quickly as possible, but delays are still expected in the coming months.
