After nearlya century of existence, the Le Moulin Rose nightclub, located Belbeuf Saint-Adrien, near Rouen (Seine-Maritime) was sold. THE new owners then embarked on “ rejuvenation works » of this emblematic place. The inaugural evening for the reopening of the site took place Thursday June 20, 2024.
“We wanted to bring the club up to date. This took more than four months of work. Today, Le Moulin has a club open after work on Thursdays, from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m., with an 80s atmosphere and on Fridays and Saturdays, from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., with music of all styles. We also open one Sunday per month, particularly for customers who are closed on Mondays. If it works, we plan two Sundays in the month,” explain the partners Abidar Saïd, Abou Sow and a Rouen entrepreneur who always wishes to remain discreet.
Other reopenings were planned after the inauguration. Thus, from Wednesday to Sunday evening, the L’Estival restaurant and, every evening, the Casablanca, an outdoor bar with its superb terrace overlooking the Seine will be accessible to the public.
Tonight, it’s very emotional, because we are relieved to have finished the work. Everything has been redone from top to bottom. It’s a great source of pride for us, because six months ago, we were bouncers at the Sow Club in Rouen. Now, customers just have to come and have fun and have a great evening at the Moulin.
