France D’Amour will perform on July 10, starting at 7:30 p.m. as part of Des airs d’été Desjardins at the Sainte-Famille church square in Old Boucherville.

France D’Amour, one of the most prolific artists of her generation, with thirteen solo albums as well as around forty songs in the top 10 radio charts, has an impressive track record; nominations, trophies, recognitions and above all, thousands of shows to his credit. With its flamboyant musicians, this new show should delight spectators.

The first part will be provided by Émile Bourgault, winner of the 2024 edition of the My first scene competition. The young singer-songwriter has two mini-albums to his credit. On the piano, on the guitar or even without an instrument, he delivers himself through songs that are sometimes gentle, sometimes rhythmic, with a concern for the right words and a keen sense of spectacle. A quiet and feverish dreamer at the same time, Émile Bourgault is quietly seeking to take his place on the Quebec music scene.

The event is free and will take place rain or shine. Citizens are invited to bring their chair or blanket, as well as a reusable water bottle. A drinking water station will be accessible on the site. A kiosk selling refreshments and snacks will also be on site. A dancing area will be set up in front of the stage.
