Navigation and visit on board heritage boats

Boarding André-Yvette at Papin village at 10 a.m. and 2:55 p.m.; Biche from Sainte-Catherine to Locmiquélic at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.; Skeaf at the port of La Pointe in Port-Louis, at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.*. As for the boats at the dock, it is possible to visit them at La Base, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Concerts for all tastes

On the Papin village stage: Types à pied, a quartet adept at mixing genres, from 12:15 p.m. to 2 p.m.; parade of the Duck Factory fanfare from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Big Band, the very first jazz band of the French Navy, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Koantig, a group of five young musicians aged 10 to 14, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.; concert by jazz and gospel singer Cecile A. from 7:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.; Collection from 9:15 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. and DJ Katherine from 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

And on the ship repair area, from 7:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., the big Louane concert with ML Bacardi as the opening act! The Louane concert is paid and must be booked in advance: €42 for everyone, except for children under 8 for whom this concert is free.

The harbor in celebration

From 8 a.m. to midnight, Sainte-Catherine port festival in Locmiquélic with various activities: swimming race with fins, snacks and mayor’s drink, sea swap, Soul Motors concert… and fest-noz to end the evening in style!

In Larmor-Plage, family entertainment and Olympics, with disco-boom and sandcastles, are organized in Port-Maria, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Registration is €5 per family.

In Port-Louis, the port of La Pointe will be celebrating from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Local entertainers will be mobilizing and bringing the port to life: sea shanties, presentation of the Biche model, demonstration of sculling and flat-bottom racing, etc.

Activities at the Base

Three thematic villages will open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Maritime innovation at Quai Glorieux, History and sustainable fishing at Quai du Why-Pas, Preservation of the oceans at Papin village. Many activities will take place there: Fishermen of the World screening at 7 p.m. at K3 (“On board the Côte d’Ambre” and “Fishing, a family story”); demonstrations of rescue dogs from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Quatre-Pas quai, and kite demonstrations from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Papin village; guided tours of K3 (from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.), of the fish market (from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., departing from the little Caliéco train in Papin village ) and the harbor with Escal’Ouest (at 2:30 p.m., Papin village); introduction to paddle, kayak and dinghy sailing from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Quai du Why-Pas.

At the Papin village, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: skimboard, model pool, inflatable galleon, treetop sail, treetop sailing, wooden games, entertainment, make-up workshop, etc.
