FOOTBALL: Torcy continues its restructuring

After the appointment of Louhari Sisbane as technical manager, the lakeside club announces the arrival of Pierre Frejus as head of the football school and a new coach for the U18s

A difficult season, a general questioning, a new president, a return to technical responsibilities, the new Torcy is taking shape.
The arrival of Louhari Sisbane was the precursor of this renewal, the beginning of a new project, the resolution of a rather difficult equation: how to run a club with high human potential, but without rushing things. How to do it? Starting from the base, training. The educator explains it clearly: “As technical manager, my priority was to restructure the club.”

And when we start construction, we start with the youth: “To do this, we have recruited a head of the football school who will be responsible for pre-training up to the U15s. »
The least we can say is that the club has hit hard, it will be Pierre Frejus, a Brevet d’État graduate, who will be in charge of this priority function at the club. Pierre Frejus is passionate about training, originally from Paris, he started his sport there, before sharing his experience with the best local clubs, JO Creusot and FC Montceau Bourgogne, always Louhari Sisbane: “He will supervise the different categories of young people and will also train the educators. Pierre will apply the club’s policy, of course we will discuss the different projects.”
The two men had already successfully collaborated at Le Creusot. Rich in accumulated experience since then, the duo should improve further. In addition to Pierre Frejus, Louhari Sisbane brought in a new coach for the U18 category: Elisée Gbate, former player of JO Creusot and Saint-Sernin, president of Futsal du Creusot, still the technical manager;
“I will be, at the beginning, close to Elisée while letting him coach, I will train him little by little and I will ensure that he is more and more autonomous.” In addition to his senior group, the club’s sports manager will therefore supervise all the youth categories: “For the senior team, we have recruited, I can say that we have doubled each position and that our objective is to move up to D2, but the priority is to relaunch the club by restructuring it and for that, we must go through a complete reorganization of the categories and the managers of these categories. I am waiting for the arrival of two other experienced educators and normally a “STAPS” intern. I take this opportunity to launch an appeal to educators who wish to join our project, we will be happy to welcome them.”
At the end of last season, we took stock, in the form of a cry, an alarm: the region needs to train, get our kids playing again and supervise them by qualified educators. We are happy to see that this call has been heard.
