Thursday June 27, 2024, the Clemenceau entertainment center organized a very exciting opening. A group of children aged 6 to 11 exhibited their plastic art productions produced this year during the activities of the Clemenceau leisure center. Florent Lustière, director of the children’s sector and plastic arts speaker, expressed his satisfaction: “I am particularly pleased to welcome you this evening for the opening of this exhibition produced by the Wednesday drawing group at the animation center”.
Inspirations from great painters
A painter himself, the director makes sure to bring the children to familiarize themselves with artistic practice and to frequent the works. The young artists were able to present 25 paintings, using various techniques such as watercolor, acrylic and pencil. They were inspired by great masters such as Claude Monet, Picasso and Van Gogh.
Florent Lustière also thanked Madame Lebossé, head of the Pierre Heuzé Life Center, for hosting the exhibition in their premises. “Having an exhibition outside the entertainment center promotes their work and shows that art has no borders”. The exhibition will be visible from June 27 to July 5, depending on the hours of the center of life.
