Volunteer students from the André Chénier college provide a guided tour of their establishment, a former mansion from the 16th – 18th centuries, having belonged to a family of the ancient nobility of the robe: the Roux d’Alzonne, marquis de Puivert. Some visits are given in foreign languages ​​by students from the Bilguegue classes.
Two exhibitions will be freely accessible: “The history of the first secular college for young girls in Aude” and “The photo album of the college since 1889”.

A guided tour by the students of the college (in French, Spanish and English) will allow you to discover the facades on the courtyard, a monumental staircase in cut stone, lounges decorated with plasterwork and old woodwork, fireplaces in marble marquetry… These elements date mainly from the 17th and 18th centuries.
