The return to business is near forUSL Dunkerqueand it will take place in Ligue 2. Thanks to a well-conducted second part of the season, the Maritimes saved their place in this second division at 18 but will surely be keen to avoid experiencing a similar first leg phase again during the 2024-2025 financial year. Quality preparation will be required in order to get the championship off to a good start next August, and the Dunkirks have also unveiled their off-season program with five friendly matches scheduled throughout the summer.
Luis Castro’s men will begin with confrontations againstFeignies-Aulnoye Agreement (July 13, Saint Omer) then against theUS Boulogne Opal Coast (July 20, Boulogne-sur-mer), respectively residents of National 2 and National, before rubbing shoulders with a Ligue 1 team, the FC Nantes (July 27, Saint Nazaire). They will then challenge one of their future opponents in Ligue 2, the Picards ofAmiens SC (August 2, Le Touquet) and will conclude their preparation with a match in their Marcel-Tribut den against the Belgians (D2) of Zulte Wareggem (August 10, Dunkirk).
